The Student’s Team of Xplore: CXO Club, XLRI Delhi-NCR is proud to announce the resounding success of VerteX 2026. This high-level CXO summit brought together visionary leaders and industry experts to explore systemic leadership and significant market shifts through various industry lenses. Designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and organizational reality, the event emerged as a hub for discussing real-world decision-making and high-stakes leadership.
Through a series of flagship panels, fireside conversations, and student interaction sessions, VerteX 2026 offered invaluable exposure to the inflection points that define modern business leadership.
VerteX 2026 commenced with a grand inauguration and lamp-lighting ceremony. The opening address, delivered by Dr. Munish Thakur, Dean (Academics), XLRI Delhi-NCR, established the thematic foundation for the summit. The session emphasized that crises do not merely create challenges but serve to reveal the true calibre of a leader. Key insights highlighted the leader's responsibility to create coherence in uncertain environments and guard human meaning and values in an increasingly AI-led landscape.
